Return Policy
At Dean & Leanne Brisbane, we do everything we can to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please read our return policy carefully below.
Return Conditions
- Items may only be returned after you have physically received them.
- Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.
- Trying on an item is permitted, but wearing it is not.
- Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.
Return Process
- Submit your return request within 14 days of receiving your item by emailing us at info@deanleannebrisbane.com
- We will provide you with the return address of our supplier.
- You are responsible for shipping the item back at your own cost, including any customs or handling fees.
- We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes track & trace, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method, provided the item meets the return conditions stated above.
Liability
- We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking confirms the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
- If an incorrect address was provided, this is the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting us at info@deanleannebrisbane.com
